Managing Director

Che is a founding employee of Digital Arts Network [formerly Shift], joining in 1995 as a designer. Growing into the Creative Director role, Che has led the Auckland studio since its inception in 2001.

Che’s personal background in both design and technology drives Digital Arts Network's approach to seamlessly melding creative and technical disciplines.

Che’s commitment to online design began early; in 1995, while in the final year of his course, Che joined with then tutor Brian Smith to win New Zealand’s first web design competition. Since then, he has directed the online presence of some of New Zealand's largest organisations -- and worked with international brands including Ford, MTV, adidas and Visa.

Che has a BA in Computer Graphic Design (Hons). Che is currently the Convenor of Judges for the New Zealand Designers' Institute interactive design awards, and is an industry advisor to several design programmes.
