If one were to conceptualise how Katie’s brain functions, they’d be right to imagine a mosaic of colourful squiggles and monochrome squares — reflecting her ability to switch between endless possibilities of a creative and the data-driven mindset of a savvy business exec.

Essentially a translator, Katie plays a pivotal role binding together our many business functions and optimising processes. Also having had a founding role growing the award-winning design agency, SHIFT, now DAN, is there any position she hasn’t performed? Whether governance, finance or simply getting on the design tools, Katie knows the "ins and outs".And when her scales are tipped towards too much “left brain” thinking, Katie is back dabbling in the arts, subconsciously rebalancing her mind.
